Hye-Dra-Cyl is a Limited Liability Corporation based in St. Charles, Missouri. Just outside of St. Louis, and near the banks of the Missouri River, our products are engineered, developed,and tested by the various members of the Hagopian family.

Many Jaguar enthusiasts are undoubtedly familiar with our family. We have shown various cars in the JCNA for the last 16 years, and have even had the honor of winning the Challenge Cup for the 1991 show season.

Our products are manufactured by one of the leading precision machine shops in the New England area. Hoppe Tool Inc. is currently machining our new 100% stainless steel castings on Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) machinery, allowing us both complete freedom of design, and exacting consistency in construction. The experience Hoppe Tool has gained in manufacturing high tech componentry for our military and commercial industry is now available to the owners of early model classic automobiles.

Hye-Dra-Cyl is the outgrowth of both our love of automobiles and our painstakingly acquired knowledge of Jaguar cars. We saw the need for 100% stainless steel brakes, and no other firm has filled this void.

Owners of classic automobiles are very familiar with the problems associated with conventional cast iron brake system components. The very nature of the driving patterns associated with these types of automobiles necessitates the requirement for stainless steel braking systems.

Hye-Dra-Cyl was formed to bring to market those products that no other firm has seen fit to provide. Our castings are of the highest quality available, and offer a superior alternative to Lucas-Girling products. Hye-Dra-Cyl also offers something that no other firm provides the owner of early model Classics. Because our cylinders are new, not remanufactured, we can sell you oversized pistons which will reduce the brake pedal pressure required to slow your car, and potentially shorten your stopping distances! Our new cylinders also feature an improved piston design (patent pending) that increases the life expectancy of our products to the point that we offer a lifetime replacement guarantee for all stainless steel components.
